Expanded Scope • Original contract award did not include replacement of the existing electrical switchgear equipment. • Staff has determined that it is in the best interests of APS to replace the switchgear concurrent with the renovation project. • A change order is required for switchgear replacement. • School Board approval is required for an individual change order greater than $100,000. 2
