DHARA CAPITAL PROJECT UPDATE & PROPOSAL
CAPITAL PROJECT OVERVIEW Community House Egress Project • Remove the aging wooden fire escape from the back of the clubhouse and create a new egress in the front of the building. • This will serve to significantly improve safety and also bring our facility up to current fire code and ADA standards. Bathhouse Renovation • Fully renovate the men’s and women’s bathrooms to improve aesthetics and resolve significant drainage and ventilation issues. The board believes both of these projects are necessary and will serve to improve both the safety and overall usability of our clubhouse. The board has engaged Ritter Norton Architect Firm for initial plans
