Road Safety & Security • Road Safety – If you are driving your child/ward to school, she may alight at the school’s front porch. For safety purpose, do not allow your child/ward to alight at the bus bay in front of the school. – You may also drop your child/ward at the back of the school near Rivervale Mall – Speed limit within school premise is 15 km/h

Classroom Cleanliness At the end of the day, to check - whiteboard cleaned - floor & table top litter-free - student’s table top tidied up 19
Communication with your child in school • They may use the phone in the General office to contact their parents in case of emergencies. • Parents may call the General Office if they need to speak to their child urgently. – Office staff will get your child to call you back in the case of an emergency
Communication with Staff • You may write through the school’s generic email address available on the school’s web page. • You may call the school who will pass the message to the teacher. • Under School Management Team, you will also find the email addresses of P and VPs

Absence During Tests & Exams Call up the school & inform Form Teacher (FT) Submit the Medical Certificate (MC) to the FT upon her return to school Note: For absence without Medical Certificate, a ‘Zero’ (0) will be given for the papers missed (as it is the practice for national exams) There will be no makeup for the papers missed
