Summary of Scheme • 527 new homes, including 41% affordable (216 no. split 50/50) • A new 10 screen multiplex cinema • New retail to complement the existing offer, inc. 9,000 sqm commercial space in total, with new family restaurants and cafes to boost town centre evening economy • New town square with recreational and amenity space, including a performing and events space • 513 car park spaces inc. 250 public parking spaces (25 disabled spaces) • 686 cycle spaces • Underground car parking for both public and residents • Circa £210 million investment in Hounslow Town Centre, with circa 800+ new jobs for local workers

BRAM – Management Company • Barratt London formed Barratt Residential Asset Management • BRAM will manage the scheme in perpetuity • On-site Development Manager employed to manage the new scheme • BRAM will oversee the management of all of the scheme including the management of the commercial units, maintenance of new roads & paths, landscaping, rubbish collection services, service charges, etc.
