These are the fundraisers we have done so far, that are specifically going towards the bus cost. Spring Band Concert - $61

  3. These are the fundraisers we have done so far, that are specifically going towards the bus cost. Spring Band Concert - $61 Mr. Larsen’s Butterbraid Sales - $35 Marching Band Parades - $850 World Championship Cheese Curd Throw - $355 Dunk Tank - $1, 675 Dollars Summer Baseball Concession Stand - $1,447.50 Total - $4,423.50 Bus Cost Now - $3,826.50 That number divided by the 35 people, $110 That means the cost of the trip would go down $126 per person 18 Now you may be wondering… But Mr. Larsen, we do not have 35 people going on the trip, so the bus cost per person is still going to go up You are correct, but there is one more big fundraiser that will hopefully o ff set that bus cost to the point where there is no more bus cost… BASKETBALL CONCESSION STAND!!!!!!! 19 Where do we get the rest of the money for the trip? 20 Great American Opportunities Fundraiser Starts Today (9/17/15) Magazines Team Tumblers Festival Treats 40% of what you sell goes towards your individual trip The more you sell, the more money that goes to your trip Sell $100 worth, get $40 credit Sell $1000 worth, get $400 credit 21 There will be other fundraising opportunities throughout the course of the year to help pay for this trip. If you have any ideas, do not hesitate to send them my way! 22 Unfortunately, money makes the world go round, and not everyone has this type of money. I do not want that to be the reason someone does not go on the trip. please email me, call me, or come talk to me in person if this is the case. We will work something out. This will be a great experience for your student, and I would hate for them to miss out.
