Day Reporting Center 2016 Program Data 8 The Yolo DRC opened in 2013 and has served over 1,800 probationers, inmates and parolees. Noteworthy Outcomes from Program Year 2016 74% of Referrals were enrolled into program DRC locations enrolled over 500 clients in 2016 55% of enrolled clients successfully participated in or completed the DRC program
