Purpose and Approach of the 2018-2021 Strategic Plan
Purpose of the Strategic Plan To enhance the impact of UNICEF’s work for children by: Assisting the Aligning the work of different organization to make parts of the organization strategic choices around common goals and strategies Creating a communication Strengthening the organization’s vehicle internally and externally on what UNICEF accountability aims to achieve for children framework The Strategic Plan will reflect UNICEF’s commitment to delivering results for all children in the context of the SDGs. 8
