Solution? Renewable Energy Increase efficiency
Combined Cooling Heat and Power (CCHP)
Microgrid
A microgrid is a small-scale power grid that is able to work independently or collaboratively with the others .
Case Study Location: Northern China Mode: Grid-Connected Mode Season: Winter, Summer
Advantage: 1. CCHP systems are able to recycle the exhausted gas and thermal energy and turn them into useful energy output 2. CCHP systems are able to generate electricity using multiple sources of energy, including renewable energy such as solar energy and wind energy 3. CCHP system is able to utilize electricity, heat, and cooling in an efficient and reliable manner 4. System’s stability and flexibility in different environments
Future Improvement 1. Consider the energy storage system 2. Operation under Islanded Mode 3. Work on real work example
