It is often the case that a service user will choose their key worker as they develop better relationships with staff members who they are able to build a rapport with. There are no set rules or limits to the employment opportunities they will provide support with, for example one service user wanted to be a taxi driver and they have managed to secure funding to obtain the licence fee and they have also done the same with individuals in the construction and security industry. The provider has also recently secured funding for 4 bikes to enable tenants to attend appointments, job centre etc.
