Spring Band Trip Friday, April 27 through Sunday, April 29 Williamsburg/Norfolk NATO Parade Parade of Nations in Norfolk, Virginia Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia Washington D.C. Tour of Monuments Trip Commitment Form and $250 deposit was due by Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Final Payment due on March 1, 2018. Approximately 200 students committed to go on the trip. Band Spiritwear Sales Sale #3 deadline will be November 30 (in time for holiday gifts). Spiritwear Store is always available online in Charms. Must meet deadline to ensure your order is processed for that sale date. Be sure to “Check Out” and “Process Payment” in the online store. If you do not, your order will not be placed. Sale #4 will occur prior to the band trip (hoping to offer some new spring wardrobe items, i.e. shorts)

Stromboli Fundraiser Stromboli sale is complete! Stromboli delivery and distribution was on October 26. Strombolis were $3.00 each. Mattress Sale Held Saturday, November 4 at Pine-Richland High School Many thanks to Tonya Kaib for chairing once again! tkaib@yahoo.com Unfortunately, only sold 10 mattresses this year … compared to about 42 sold last year. Looks like this fundraiser may have run it’s course.

Pie Sale Sale moved this year in an effort to spread out fundraisers. Mid-November to early December Sale Dates Delivery before Winter Holiday Break Watch for details from chairs Amy Moore and Sheila Baldauff. Each student should aim to sell a minimum of 5 pies or make an equivalent $20 donation in lieu of selling.

Has to be wrapped up before Spring Trip to calculate benefit. Previous raffle included U2 concert tickets, Pens tickets, and cash. Please consider donating concert tickets, opening day or other Pirates tickets, Penguins tickets, etc.
Rewards Program Keep collecting your Cranberry Chick-fil-A receipts and sending them into the Band Box! Receipts from the new Chick-fil-A in Pine Township are now also valid, since it is under the same ownership. Due to the magnificent success of the Chick- fil-A Food Credit Rewards Program, we have earned $794.14 in free food to date. Due to construction, unable to use credit for Senior Night or Winter Concert. Will be used at a later date.

Volunteers, Playoffs, Scholarship Volunteers Utilize SignUp.com to recruit and manage volunteers. Openings communicated via email and on the band website. Playoff Games May collect hand and foot warmers again to distribute in cold weather. Watch for emails. Band responsible for some lunchtime ticket sales if they proceed in playoffs. Watch emails for volunteer needs. Matt Graff Memorial Scholarship Senior band students are being offered a wonderful scholarship opportunity through the Matt Graf Memorial Scholarship. Applications are due by November 15, 2017 . Details available on the band website.
