Common Purpose and Need • Purpose : All three project corridors are National Highway System (NHS) routes whose primary function is moving goods and services with limited, safe, access. Integrity ∙ Excellence ∙ Respect
Common Purpose and Need • Need : ― All three projects address the safety problems caused by uncontrolled access, while reducing congestion, and increasing travel efficiency. ― Knik-Goose Bay and Parks Highway have high crash rates and are designated safety corridors.
