ANDERSON MILL ROAD • Final preliminary engineering report completed Sept. 2018 • 90% design by March 2019 • Permitting process could last just over a year • Bid process anticipated to take 6 months • Earliest project could begin construction would be summer 2020 3
SPICEWOOD SPRINGS ROAD • Alternative C selected as the build alternative – 2 vehicle lanes each direction – raised median and left-turn bays – shared use path on both sides – new stormwater facilities • Final preliminary engineering report completed December 2018 • Design phase of the project is now underway 4
RM 2222/RM 620 BYPASS Project 1: RM 2222 (Bonaventure Dr to Ribelin Ranch Dr) – Construction already underway – Anticipated completion: mid-2020 – Construction cost: $17.4 million Project 2: RM 620 (Steiner Ranch Blvd to RM 2222) – Construction start: Fall 2019 – Anticipated completion: Winter 2020 – Construction cost: $10 million 5
PARMER LANE Proposed Improvements – 3 lanes in each direction – Improve intersections and turn lanes – Dedicated bicycle/pedestrian path Project Development Timeline – Preliminary Design: 2019 – Final Design/Engineering: 2020 – Utility Relocation: 2021 – Estimated Construction Start: 2022 6
2016 MOBILITY BOND UPDATE Regional Mobility: $101 million to address regional congestion and enhance safety Corridor Mobility: $482 million for corridor improvement projects Local Mobility: $137 million to local mobility projects, including: – Sidewalks – Safe Routes to School – Urban Trails – Bikeways – Vision Zero – Sub-standard Streets 7

CAPITAL AREA METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (CAMPO) • May 2018 adopted the 2019-2022 TIP – Secured $13.7 million for Lakeline Blvd • Project Improvements: – Add two additional travel lanes – Upgrade bicycle facilities and sidewalks 11
