Award criteria Quality of the project team Relevance of the project (30 p) and the cooperation agreements (25 p) Minimum 3 HE institutions from 3 MS In addition: any public/private organisation located in the 33 programme countries Quality of the project design Impact and dissemination and implementation (20 p) (25 p)
