HSECQ Achievement s – 2013 • Met all planned targets • All Injury Frequency Rate (AIFR) to 0.25 below the target set for 2013 of 0.275. (OGP 2.64 ) • No Lost Time Injuries (LTI) across the Group in more than 1.25 m exposure man-hours worked this year.
