Elementary WRAM Superintendent Directions 3j6 Provide pupil teacher ratios that are educationally appropriate and fiscally sustainable. Annual pupil teacher ratio review and implementation shall consider all factors relevant to academic opportunity and student achievement and include, but not be limited to, the following access to opportunity gaps: English Language Learner status, Special Education Learner status, and Socio-Economic Learner status.
