STEP ONE • Three bids for the DHO Recruitment • All three organizations are here to answer any questions you may have • Korn Ferry Health • CPS HR Consulting • Enterprise Medical Recruiting • Select the recruitment company
STEP TWO • Meet with the recruitment firm to finalize the job description and key job requirements • HR Director will provide salary information • Approve the Job Description • Acting DHO, HR and General Counsel will assist in determining • KSA • Cultural Fit • Approve the Recruitment Brochure
STEP THREE • Work with the HR team to design the prescreening tools • HR will apply the screening tools to all applications • The Board will be able to review all resumes received with the prescreen data
STEP FOUR • Board will select applicants to phone screen • Board will work with HR to create phone screen questions • HR will perform the phone screen • HR will present the Board with the phone screen results • Board will determine final candidates to interview • HR will work with the Board to create the interview questions for the public meeting interview. • HR will work with the Board to create the rating sheets for the interview questions/
STEP FIVE • Board will decide on the final candidate • Acting DHO, HR Director and General Counsel will work with the Board to negotiate the contract for the new DHO • HR will conduct all required background checks and provide any pertinent information to the Board
