4th Street Garage 105 W. 4th Street - Entrance on 4th Street between Walnut Street and College Avenue First three hours free Monday - Friday 7am-6pm. Free after 6pm daily and all day on weekends. Morton Street Garage 220 N Morton St. - Entrance on Morton Street between 6th Street and 7th Street Pay to Park 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. First three hours are free Parking Walnut Street Garage 302 N.
