CAB Update • Customer Experience & Resident Support Architectural Review • The Design Review Committee has reviewed 407 407 applications over the last 4 4 months (Mar-June). 42 42 of the applications were rejected or placed on hold for additional information. We are Busy so Plan Ahead! • The Design Review Committee has 30 days from their receipt of a complete application. • To submit a DRC application email completed request to submit@sterlingranchdrc.com • Application forms and Community Rules and Regulations can be downloaded from www.sterlingranchcab.com • DRC meets first and third Thursday of the month
CAB Update • Customer Experience & Resident Support Architectural Review Keeping our neighborhood beautiful! • Rear yards are required to be installed 120 days after house closing. • Courtesy letters have been mailed to homeowners who missed that timeframe and we are working together to get plans reviewed and yards installed. • To keep everyone on track, we have started sending reminder notice to those who are approaching 120-days to submit plans and get approved .

CAB Update • Customer Experience & Resident Support Projects- Playgrounds • While Playgrounds were closed an independent third party playground inspector was hired to inspect the playgrounds at Pioneer Park and McCormick Park • The inspection found that repairs were needed and the Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) replaced • Prior to playgrounds opening the repairs were made, EWF replaced and Inspection passed • All parks are fully open
