KEEPING A BLUE SKY: Being Different to Shape the future MENJAGA LANGIT BIRU: Berbeda dalam Membangun Masa Depan Menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) menjadi indikator kinerja utama dalam HeidelbergCement Sustainability Ambitions 2020 dan komitmen Pemerintah Indonesia kepada dunia internasional pada 2020. Perseroan beperan aktif mewujudkannya dengan “menjaga langit tetap biru” melalui program clean development mechanism (CDM), pengendalian emisi debu, penghijauan quarry , penelitian burung, pendampingan Kampung Iklim (Proklim), hingga pembinaan generasi muda di sekolah Adiwiyata. Semua kegiatan ini menjadi pembeda Indocement dengan perusahaan sejenis lainnya dalam memberikan komitmen untuk menjaga bisnis berkelanjutan dan membangun masa depan yang lebih baik. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) is a key performance indicator in HeidelbergCement Sustainability Ambitions 2020 and the Government of Indonesia’s commitment to the international world in 2020. The company has an active role in “Keeping a Blue Sky” through its clean development mechanism (CDM) program, dust emissions control, quarry greening, bird research, mentoring Kampung Iklim (Proklim), and coaching the younger generation in Adiwiyata schools. Penghargaan dari Indocement | Awards by Indocement Indocement Awards Indocement Awards diselenggarakan setiap 2 tahun sekali sejak 2008 sebagai wujud apresiasi Perseroan selaku produsen semen ”Tiga Roda” kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Penghargaan ini diberikan kepada mereka yang berhasil mempersembahkan kinerja, karya, inovasi, dan kreativitas di dunia konstruksi Indonesia. Indocement Awards 2016 mengusung tema “ Indonesia’s Most Prestigious Construction Award ” yang diberikan kepada kontraktor ( Contractor Award ), pengembang ( Developer Award ), mahasiswa ( Concrete Competition ), perguruan tinggi ( Fabrication House Competition ), dan untuk umum ( Architectural Design Competition dan Writing Competition ). The Indocement Awards have been held every two years since 2008 as an expression of Indocement’s appreciation to stakeholders, from the manufacturer of cement “Tiga Roda”. These awards are given to those who have shown dedication and success in their work, innovation, and creativity in the Indonesian construction world. Quarry Life Awards PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP KEANEKARAGAMAN HAYATI Quarry Life Award (QLA) adalah kontes internasional ilmiah dan pendidikan dua tahunan yang diperkenalkan oleh HeidelbergCement Group pertama kalinya pada 2012. QLA merupakan wahana dalam mengedukasi kenekaragaman hayati kepada masyarakat dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang nilai keanekaragaman hayati dari lokasi tambang dan berkontribusi untuk meningkatkannya. QLA merupakan kompetisi penelitian ilmiah keanekaragaman hayati pertama di Indonesia AWARD FOR BIODIVERSITY The Quarry Life Award (QLA) is a biennial international scientifjc and educational contest introduced by HeidelbergCement Group in 2012. QLA is a media to educate about biodiversity to public and aims to improve knowledge of biodiversity of mining sites value and contribute to further improvement. QLA was the fjrst scientifjc biodiversity study competition in Indonesia. 7
