SECTION II SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS TERM OF CONTRACT The term of the contract will commence on or about July 1, 2018, for an initial period of (3) years. This contract includes (2) one-year options to extend. Total contract term 5 years.
SECTION II SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Prices are firm and fixed for 3 years. Thereafter, price adjustments will be considered annually. Method of Invoicing. Contractor must review Aviation Security Procedures/Badging background screening requirements ensuring all information is accurate and current. (Contract workers rejected for work under this contact will not work under other City contracts without the City’s prior written approval).

SECTION III NON-REGULATORY MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS Airport Security Non-Regulatory Reserved for small business gross receipts less than $20.5 million over past 3 years. Offeror must provide at the time of this submittal, federal tax returns (or personal tax returns if filing a Schedule C for a sole proprietorship) for the most recent three (3) years in a separate sealed envelope. Minimum of 2 years continuous experience within the last five (5) years with 60 or fewer full time security guards at a government regulated or commercial facility .
SECTION III NON-REGULATORY MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS Airport Security Non-Regulatory - continued Offerors in a Regulatory category may opt to submit a proposal that includes pricing for the Non-Regulatory category. However, the proposal will only be evaluated and considered if no proposal is received under the Airport Security (Non-Regulatory) category and the proposals received are considered non-responsive and non-responsible.

SECTION VIII REGULATORY - EXTERNAL MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS Airport Security Regulatory – External Minimum of 3 years of experience within the last ten (10) years of security guard experience at a 49 C.F.R., Part 1542 regulated airport or other federally-regulated facility where a staff of sixty (60) or more full time security guards were maintained. All Contractor’s employees must be employed directly by the Contractor.
SECTION VIII REGULATORY - EXTERNAL MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS Airport Security Regulatory – External - continued Provide three (3) verifiable contract references, excluding PHX. Provide list of current contracts. Possess as well as maintain designation under the Federal Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002, also known as the “Safety Act” . The Safety Act Designation must include all important tasks and anticipated tasks required in the Agreement.
