Club Mentoring Programme : Key objectives • Provide your Club with an informed coaching co-ordinator • Identify key coaching personnel within your Club and provide them with fresh ideas Step 1 • Implement strong, workable Coaching Structures • Develop safe Physical Fitness Programmes for your players Step 2 • Equip coaches to deliver to each age-group the appropriate activities • Ensure we are coaching Fundamental Movement Skills Step 3 • Assistance in running coaching courses, summer camps, & all other coaching and games development Initives • General structuring of club coaching committee to ensure best practice in terms of coaching activities.   8. Details of f Club Mentoring Pilot Programme • Four guaranteed visits per year. Two to be conducted by full time staff member & two by member of tutor group. • Focused on coaches dealing with 6 -10. Cluster & County workshops for other age groups. • Clubs may apply for more visits through emailing coaching.wexford@gaa.ie after successfully completing initial programme, and after consultation with club coaching officer & club mentor. • Club Mentoring will take place Monday’s, Wednesdays or Saturday (Morning) • Initial consultation with club mentors. Cúl Camp Club Coordinator The Role Of The Club Coordinator • Promoting Cúl Camps in your club and surrounding schools • Acting as a link between school, club and wc&g • Being a figure head of Cúl Camps in your area • Promoting online bookings • Promote the “Give A Child A Chance Scheme” • Promoting the club to Cúl Camp participants (gaining new members) • Ensuring facilities are organised for camps

Online Bookings • Book Online at – www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie • Promote online bookings for 2015 • Ranked 11 th in Ireland for online bookings in 2014 • Online booking before June 1 st to “Get in Gear Early” • Promoted by Club Coordinator • Possible registration night held in club before June 1 st

Get In Gear Early Initiative • This is a new initiative for 2015 • If bookings are made before June 1 st we will ensure children get their gear before they finish school • Social Media #GetInGearEarly is being used to promote this initiative • We hope the clubs will help promote this through social media and through their clubs and schools
