Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) codes accurately reflect actual use UH rates 5 out of 5 with deviations in 1 out of the 35 rooms reviewed. 5. Prorated use accurately reflects the time used for each function UH rates 5 out of 5 with deviations in 0 out of the 35 rooms reviewed. 6. Reported room area is accurate and verifiable UH rates 5 out of 5 with a deviation of 2%. 7. Reported educational and general room area is accurate and verifiable UH rates 5 out of 5 with a deviation of 2%. 8.   24. Cougar Substation Expansion Impacts: • Road / sidewalk closures for underground electrical installation at ERP and southeast corner of campus • Planned power outage to bring expanded Substation online. • Planned building outages at ERP to switch from CenterPoint to UH distribution

  26. Winter 2015 Project  Support FP&C on Winter Outage work.  Perform Preventive Maintenance on Cougar Sub Station while FP&C work is performed.  Perform Preventive Maintenance on Central plant while FP&C work is performed.

  27. Summer 2015 Project REMINDER  Sub-Feeder 1 Outage scheduled for August 1 st and August 2 nd .  This outage is to investigate, trouble shoot, test and repair the cause of repeated faults/failures on Sub-Feeder 1.  In order to perform the proper investigation and testing numerous buildings will experience a complete electrical outage. Only emergency generator life safety systems will be in operation for the duration of the outage.  During preliminary investigation a faulty splice was identified, this will be first priority on repair list.  Additional building level Preventive Maintenance will be performed.  The duration of this outage is expected to be 8 (eight) hours for a two day period.  Once the cause is determined a plan for repairs can be developed and scheduled. If time permits and materials are available, repairs may be able to take place during this outage.  August 8 th and August 9 th are scheduled for repairs or backup weekend.
