Purpose and Need • Purpose  Improve US 10 and WIS 65 pavement condition  Improve truck turning at the US 10 and WIS 65 intersection  Upgrade curb ramps to meet current standards • Need  Deteriorating pavement condition  Conflicting truck turning movements at the US 10 and WIS 65 intersection  Non-compliant curb ramps

Proposed Improvements • Resurface US 10 with asphalt pavement • Mill and resurface WIS 65 with asphalt pavment • Realign left-turn lanes at US 10 and WIS 65 intersection • Upgrade curb ramps • Replace pavement marking

Proposed Construction Staging • 2021 construction season (June-October) • Open to traffic • Single-lane closures through flagging operations • Pedestrian detours during curb ramp replacement
