BackUp with Bacula (A. Crescente) Alfresco repository is backed up daily with the following schema: 1 Full BackUp performed once per month 1 Differential Backup performed during week-ends 1 Incremental Backup done overnight The repository will be upgraded from version 4.0b to version 4.0d as soon as the compatibility tests will be finished 3/11
Lot of changes (most minor) in the schema, following the evolution of the SuperB Collaboration. Users have a status associated (Guest or Full Member) Institutions are identified as Regular or Applicant and can be associated to a Collaboration PIs and Speakers Bureau people can manage the association of users to talk types, assigning priorities Introduced some history log features (account creation, type, etc.) Portal portlets were modified to reflect DB changes Note: FOI will be removed, please check your data! 4/11
The registration procedure proposed by the Membership Office is online: Any SuperB regular member can register a new user After filling the form, the Registration Office (Lucia Lilli) receives an email The new user is automatically inserted into the DB - with a «Waiting Activation» status - and associated to the Groups and Collaborations specified in the form. The Registration office has to contact the PI of the new user to verify his/her properties After confirmation, the new user can be activated Activation triggers a request for the creation of a new account to the LDAP Admins and/or CNAF Admins 5/11

Speakers Management: PIs can associate their users to talk categories, and assign a priority to each speaker 8/11

Near future plans: Subsites will be created for each collaboration An additional subsite will be dedicated to user management («HR Administration» tools) Pages/contents related to a collaboration will be moved to the corresponding subsite A separate registration procedure for each collaboration will be deployed Upgrade to version 6.1 is postponed after the deployment of the HA cluster 11/11
