Major Changes (continued) • Critical Information Specific to Schedule 70 – For convenience and ease of reference for our industry partners and Agency customers, existing contract clauses in the solicitation document have been added to this document – “The Contractor’s commercial guarantee/warranty shall be included in the Commercial Supplier Agreement to include Enterprise User License Agreements or Terms of Service (TOS) agreements” – Section 8 - TERM LICENSE CESSATION: “Contractors who do not commercially offer conversions of term licenses to perpetual licenses shall indicate that their term licenses are not eligible for conversion at any time .“
