BOND UPDATE: SCHEDULE: • High School Renovation Project: • All structural framing complete. • Exterior weather Barrier On going dependent on weather. • Installation of Exterior wall panels to commence next week. • Vapor barrier installed on roof. Roofing occurring when weather permits. • Windows 85% installed. • Mechanical and electrical rough in continuing. • Drywall installed on 2/3rds of building. • Staircases installed. • Painting commenced this week. 2 nd floor gypcrete floor installed on 2/3rds of building • • Opening of classroom wing – Has been moved to end of April (Parent Conference Week) • Middle / Intermediate /Primary School: • Project will be bid as one project. • Project Bids February 25 th , 2020 • Construction start date to be negotiated with Successful Contractor – Probably evenings after spring break.
