Finding on Compliance NEWARK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT CITIZENS’ BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE Based on the review and observations of the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee, we find that the Newark Unified School District is in compliance with the requirements of Article XIII A, Section 1(b)(3) of the California Constitution and that funds are being used for the purposes specified in the ballot language.
