Room Arrangements and Packing • Students share rooms with same year groups • Do our best to ensure that friendship groups are accounted for • Please label all of your child’s bags/belongings with their name wherever possible • Please speak to accompanying staff about any medication that your child needs stored, all apart from inhalers MUST be kept with staff • Items that we suggest not to bring: mobile phones, jewellery, IPods, IPads, anything of sentimental value • There is a tuck/gift shop on site and a 24hour vending machine so students are able to bring a small amount of money with them should you wish

Netball Tournament • Students will remain in their own year groups wherever possible, JCA state that: All efforts are made to play each netball team in their own age groups. However, sometimes this may not be feasible due to the number of age groups booked onto the tournament and numbers being low in certain age groups.
Payment Plan Reminder • Deposit of £35 due by Friday 8 th November 2020 • First instalment of minimum £50 (you can pay more if you wish) due by Friday 20 th December 2019 • Second instalment of your remaining balance due by Friday 31 st January 2020 If your child is entitled to Pupil Premium, please return the reply slip with a letter to Mr Alun Harding (Head teacher) stating that you wish for some of the trip to be funded using pupil premium fund.
