Leadership Complete five MOST video clips on evaluation indicators 1.1 Content Knowledge and 1.2 Student Engagement. Participate in monthly half-day Coaching Labs that focus on effective feedback strategies. Complete a minimum of 5 observations on each teacher per year. Establish a building leadership team that will meet monthly.
