  4. Portal Redesign Overview • Move the Integrated Marketplace Portal to a platform supported by SPP • Rebuild all screens and functionality that exists in the current Marketplace Portal using this new platform • Rebuild all user and role administration functionality that exists in the current Marketplace Portal • Update all documentation to reflect changes • Ensure all functionality and data of the current Marketplace Portal is still available in the “new” Marketplace Portal 5

  5. Two-Factor Phase 1 Overview • Phase 1 implementation will coincide with the Integrated Marketplace Portal Redesign project and will impact all users of the Integrated Marketplace Portal as all users will need to comply with new password requirements in order to retain access. • Local Security Administrators (LSAs) will have new functionality available in the Marketplace Portal on the “Manage Users” screen for administering passwords and API Keys. 6

  6. Test Checklist • There will be one Test Checklist that will need to be executed and returned to SPP. • The checklist will have two tabs. • The “All Members” tab is for any Portal user to test logging into the Portal using the Two- Factor Authentication as well as testing the Portal screens. • The “LSA Administration” tab is for the LSAs to test the administrative functions associated with Two-Factor Authentication as well as regression testing existing Local Security Administrative functions. • Members only need to test using the UI. 7

  7. Test Checklist Cont. • Both tabs consist of 2 sections • The Two Factor Authorization section of each tab is required to be tested • The other section of each tab is optional • The chart below specifies which sections are required or optional as well as listing reference material that will assist in completing the specific tests 8

  8. All Member Tests • All Members companies are to test using Two-Factor Authentication to access the Marketplace Portal with a valid certificate in conjunction with a Login ID and Password typed into a login screen. Members will also test changing a password and initiating a password reset for a forgotten password. • Testing will also serve the purpose of familiarizing the members with the new look, feel and features of the Marketplace Portal prior to using it in Production. 9

  9. All Member Tests Cont. 10

  10. LSA Administration Tests • All changes to the Local Security Administration Manage User page that were added through the Two-Factor Authentication project. • Familiarizing the LSAs with the new look, feel and features of the Marketplace Portal Local Security Administration screens prior to using them in Production. 11

  11. LSA Administration Tests Cont. 12

  12. LSA Administration Tests Cont. During parallel operations, a few options in Manage Users are disabled in the new portal (but can still be performed in the Liferay Portal): • Delete User – If this is chosen, the user gets a pop up notification explaining that the function is disabled, and it gives them the option to be taken to Liferay to complete the deletion. • Edit Email Address – The email text box is disabled on Edit. Both of these are because having the options enabled during parallel operations was causing data synchronization issues between the two portals. Once the Liferay portal is retired, both of these functions will be re-enabled in the new portal. 13

  13. Test Environment • All member testing will occur in the Member Testing Environment (MTE). • SPP supports the latest version of the following web browsers:  Internet Explorer (10, 11 and MS Edge)  Chrome  Firefox  Safari • Members using older versions of browsers may not be able to view all Marketplace Portal content. • During member testing, MTE will be supported by SPP during business hours only - Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT; MPs are welcome to test outside of these times and any issues identified should be logged via RMS. 14

  14. Expectations • Testing should be performed by individuals who are familiar with usage of the Marketplace Portal as it currently exists and have a valid client certificate. • Project Liaisons will be responsible for coordinating testing at their company, and reporting back to SPP on testing progress or issues. • Complete both the “ALL Members” and “LSA Administration” tabs on the Member Test Checklist • Turning in your completed test checklist as early as possible is appreciated but no later than June 26 via RMS • Ask questions or report issues via RMS 15

  15. RMS • Members can ask questions or submit completed checklists by completing an RMS ticket using RMS link: https://spprms.issuetrak.com/login.asp • Inquiries can be submitted through RMS using the “Project Inquiries” quick pick and the ‘Marketplace Portal Redesign’ Subtype. • If a new user ID is needed for RMS, click on that link and follow the directions for “Register Now”. 16
