Profiles of Key Employees Mehdi Rheljari Mr Rheljari has been a multi-entrepreneur for the last 18 years and has successfully established businesses in Africa and in the Middle East in various industries ranging from Oil & Gas to Environmental Technologies, Telecommunications, Training, Real Estate & Hospitality, and Call centre services. He is the founder and CEO of LCM Oil & Gas where most of his time is focused on pursuing new business opportunities and managing client relationships on a global scale. Simon Berdai Simon Berdai has been the Manager of LCM in Libya since 2004. He has 16 years of experience in managing a large multi-national team in the Oil & Gas business. During his career with LCM, he secured a large number of contracts with NOCs and IOCs in Libya – including long-term running Offshore & Onshore General Maintenance operations, H2S Emergency Services, Construction & Engineering projects. Mr Berdai’s exceptional sense for new business opportunities and developing large-scale projects has helped LCM Oil & Gas become a major player on the Libyan and international market. Ver Manahan Mr Manahan has been working for LCM for a total of 15 years during which he has demonstrated great customer care skills. Starting as an office clerk, Mr Manahan was soon promoted to Field Coordinator and later Account Manager. He has a huge experience in manpower supply including the provision of quality CVs, coordination of the mobilization / demobilization process including visa and travel arrangements, payroll and expense management.
