Comprehensive Support and Improvement • CSI is determined by All Students. • School demonstrates eligibility for two consecutive years. • At least, the lowest 5% of Title I Schools based on CA Dashboard • All red indicators. • All red but one indicator of any other color. • All red and orange indicators. • Five or more indicators where the majority are red. Targeted Support and Improvement Additional Targeted Support and Improvement • TSI and ATSI are determined by student groups. • Student group demonstrates eligibility for two consecutive years. • At least, the lowest 5% of Title I Schools based on CA Dashboard • All red indicators. • All red but one indicator of any other color. • All red and orange indicators. • Five or more indicators where the majority are red. • Identification for TSI will automatically become ATSI for the 2018-19 school year.
