Email Project • Standardize email system across Langara • Change from @langara.bc.ca to @langara.ca • Email application will be upgraded to MS Outlook 2013 • New features: shared calendars, tasks, global address book, 10GB mailbox, enhanced web interface, enhanced security. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Email Project Status • Co-op Department migration complete • Next groups:  Homestay  HR  International Education  Office 365 users • Notice will be given to staff prior to migration • Outlook 2013 training sessions available in April INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Citrix • Improving system stability – Most of the reported issues have been resolved • More applications to come INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Genesis Project Leapfrog originated from: • D epartments’ requests for process improvements • Departments’ requests for new systems and system improvements • Increase in technology demands beyond the current capacity of IT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

College Wide Project Leapfrog is a College-wide initiative lead and governed by the Project Steering Committee (It is not an “IT” project) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
