2 About U Ab out Us IWL India Limited was incorporated in 1988, to manufacture revolutionary, modified bitumen based, waterproofing membranes and anti corrosive tapes. We pioneered the manufacture and usage of these APP and SBS based bituminous membranes in India. Since then, we have diversified into a number of other product lines, including Road Products, Liquid Waterproofing Membranes, Coatings, Adhesives and Construction Chemicals We manufacture more than 100 tons of finished product every day, out of multiple manufacturing facilities. We have a dedicated team of 150 highly experienced professionals in our direct employment. With an ISO 9001 certification to boot, our products are approved by all major consultants, clients and contractors.

6 Our Ne ur New w Lin Line Alamat amathy hy F Fact ctory ry To cater to an ever growing market, but with an emphasis on quality, IWL recently set up a new line for manufacturing APP and SBS modified bituminous membranes. The line is housed at IWL's Alamathy plant and was installed in a record time of 2 months from start to finish. The line is highly automated, requiring just 4 operators. The line is capable of producing a variety of membranes, with Mineral, Aluminum or plain finish.
7 Wada P ada Plan ant Our Second nd Plant nt Our Plant at Wada, near Mumbai, went into commercial production in October 2010. It manufactures Road Emulsion for road projects in Maharashtra and Gujarat.It’s proximity to the city of Mumbai also helps us cater to the requirement of Mumbai city road works. Our Wada plant incorporates all of our learning from our Chennai plant and therefore utilises some of the most modern processes and technologies.
8 Bob Bobbil ili P Plan ant Ou Our Thir ird P Plant nt Our Bobbili plant has just gone into commercial production. It manufactures Road Emulsions to cater to the Andhra Pradesh and Odisha markets. It is strategically situated just 100 km from Vishakhapatnam. It is our newest plant and also has the highest capacity of all our emulsion plants.

A modern and sophisticated blowing film plant, procured from M/s Windsor machines Limited is the heart of the production process. It caters to the entire film requirement of IWL. Our ability to manufacture our own films gives us a tremendous edge in producing membranes of high quality and appearance.
