How to Win at Course Requests • Every student is different • All coursework attempted/completed in high school will appear on transcript • Work closely with middle school counselor • Review Academic & Career Plan (ACP) • Use the Program of Studies • Choose coursework that is challenging yet manageable • Consider career clusters and pathways of interest • Consider goals for after high school • Plan to take the courses you choose
