  3. How many credits to schedule?  6 credits = 1 study hall each semester UTL001921 – Semester 1 UTL001922 – Semester 2  6.5 credits = 1 study hall either semester UTL001924  7 credits = No study halls *GBAPS policy states “a student must carry a minimum of 6 credits a year.”

Don’t Forget  You need to have all course selections chosen before coming to the computer lab.  Your choices are a commitment- so choose wisely!  Use your transcript and credit counting sheet to determine what is still needed for graduation.  Do not repeat electives you’ve already taken.  Be sure to list 2-3 alternate classes as a back up incase they are needed.  Talk to teachers to get their recommendations.  Get your teacher’s signatures for Advanced and AP classes.  Discuss your choices with a parent.  Get a parent signature.
