PURPOSE • Inform Board about request to form the Waible Creek Trunk Reimbursement District (RD) • Review the project boundaries and cost distribution methodology • Hear testimony from interested parties • After considering testimony, adopt the R&O to form the Waible Creek Trunk RD

PROJECT COST ELIGIBILITY • Eligible RD Costs 12-inch diameter sewer, and smaller Offsite and downstream of Development • Non-Eligible Costs Upsize for greater than 12-inch diameter Onsite of Development

QUESTIONS HEARD FROM BENEFITED PROPERTIES • When is payment of RD Charge due? Due at time of permit for connection to sewer 10-year sunset clause • Why are other nearby properties not included? Benefited Properties must have a direct connection Other nearby properties will gain indirect benefit • Can the RD Charge be apportioned in the future? This is an option; requires application & public hearing
RECOMMENDED ACTION • After considering testimony, adopt the Resolution and Order to establish the Waible Creek Trunk Reimbursement District
