  11. BSD Special Programs LIFE SKILLS: students are referred for Life Skills programming through Brandon School Division student services. EAL: Crocus Plains and Vincent Massey offer programming for EAL students in Stage 1 and 2. EAL students in Stage 3+ may register at all three high schools. Programming for EAL students will be discussed during the transition process. Prairie Hope High School: Registration at Prairie Hope High School for students within Brandon School Division is through a referral process from the other 3 high schools. Prairie Hope programming is best suited for students who are over 16 years of age and who are pursuing a Mature High School Diploma. There is no direct entry for students moving from Grade 8 into Grade 9.
