ONE FLORIDA RECOMMENDATIONS UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES • ASSIST IN MWBE SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT – Governor’s Mentor -Protégé Program – Ongoing communications to all management levels – Consistent reporting to trustees – President has active participation in program activities – High level of involvement in purchasing and MWBE organizations • OUTREACH – Maintain an outreach program which has a measurable positive impact as it relates to dollars spent with MWBEs and a solid public/private partnership in the supplier diversity arena.
