The Burning Bush and the Cross of Jesus 1) “ Who am I … ? ” 3:10-12
The Burning Bush and the Cross of Jesus 1) “ Who am I… ?” • At the burning bush, God affirmed that Moses indeed was inadequate, and so God would go with him.
The Burning Bush and the Cross of Jesus 1) “ Who am I… ?” • At the cross, Jesus affirms that we are more evil than we ever imagined, and more loved than we ever hoped. Romans 5:8

The Cross of Jesus is our “ burning bush ” .
Five “ burning bush ” declarations for the Table of the Lord: 1) I have a Savior because I need a Savior. 2) The real power of my life is Who God is, not who I can be. 3) My credibility comes from the Holy Spirit in me. 4) My weaknesses are what magnify God ’ s strength. 5) God forsook Jesus so that He could be ever-present with me.
