What is the Web Portal? • An online tool for managing your GoBus rides – Book a single ride or recurring trips – Cancel trips easily – View your account history • Access it from any computer, tablet or smart phone • No need to speak with dispatchers • Available 24 hours a day

Getting Started • Step 1: Visit the web portal at this address: http://gobus.routematch.com:52080/portal/login/stjohns • Step 2: Create your account (username and password) • Step 3: Register your account

Creating Your Account • If you are already a registered user, enter your username and password to get started. • If this is your first time, click the orange link “First Time?”

Creating Your Account • Choose a user name and password • Select a security question and the answer to the question • Enter your email address • Click Register!

Account Created • Your account is now created. • Next step is to register your account.

Selecting Your Address • Start by entering your street name (e.g. Lynch Place), or the name of the building you live in (e.g. Miller Centre). • Click Search

Selecting Your Address • Choose the correct address from the list: • If your address is not there, click Search Again

Selecting Your Address • Possible error messages: • “Unable to find a matching address based on given information.” • Call us! • “Search result returned too many matching addresses. Please narrow down by completing more fields.” • Click Search Again and try entering more details about your address.

Finish Registration • Once you’ve found your address, click Submit to complete your registration.

Booking a Trip • Step 1: select Round Trip and Recurring

Booking a Trip • Step 3: Choose your “to” and “from” addresses, and details about your seating needs for the bus

Booking a Trip • Choose the appropriate search result, then click Select.

Reviewing Your Trips • To review your trips, click on the orange link on the left called “My Trip Reservations”

Reviewing Your Trips • First, select the date range you want to review • You can also choose one of the orange links for quick searching

Reviewing Your Trips • If you need to cancel an upcoming trip, simply click the Cancel button next to the trip details

Account History • View all your trip activity within the date range you choose: – Completed trips – No-shows – Cancelled trips – Etc.
