(a) Documents you will receive 1. Result Slip 2. JAE Form A 3. ITE Course Booklet (for selected students) 4. Report Book 5. Leaving Certificate 6. GCE O-Level Certificate 7. Vaccination Letter (for girls only)
Result Slip • Check your personal particulars on your result slip. • If there are any errors, inform your Form Teacher immediately.

(c) What you need to do: • Complete Course Application Worksheet based on your Form A (which shows courses you are eligible for) • Page ii • System will time-out every 10 mins
(c) What you need to do • Log on to JAE website • Get ready Form A (JAE-PIN printed on it or your Singpass) • Make full use of 12 choices

(f) Release of JAE Posting Results Date: Tue, 4 Feb at 9.00am
(g) First Day of Reporting at Junior College / Millenia Institute Date: Wed, 5 Feb at 7.30am
(h) First Day of Reporting at Poly/ITE Applicants will receive an enrolment package/letter informing you of acceptance/reporting details. You should receive an enrolment package by end February. You are required to complete your online enrolment by the date stated in the package.
(i) Appeal/Transfer for JC/MI Students are to approach JCs or MI directly.
