Technical Assessment  AzMeCo plant: Plant Inspection and Technical Assessment Assignment: Identify plant bottlenecks and recommend appropriate engineering solution to increase plant production and reliability Scope of Works:  Plant inspection according to the ITP defined by PDL, including: static equipment (reactors, HE, catalyst tubes, boilers, etc.), rotating equipment (critical pumps, ID/FD fans, turbines, compressors, etc.), valves, instrumentation, etc. Generating plant Inspection Report.  Plant performance evaluation.  Identification of plant problems (utilities, front end, back end, QHSE, laboratory, maintenance, workshop).  Providing engineering solutions and recommendations for plant debottlenecking.
