Project Overview Crane Cove Park – Crane Cove P rk – 2814 Building 49 2814 Building 49 • Cold shell rehabilitation with restrooms • New roof • Structural Steel work • Foundation with Piles and Concrete Grade Beams • Restrooms • Fire Protection • Asphalt paving • Building is approx. 7,700 sf • Engineer’s Estimate is $3.8 million

  8. • Project Coordination (Section 01 31 13) Crane Cove Park is an active construction site occupied by other Port Contractors per Section o 01 31 13. 2812 Park Improvements and 19 th St Parking Lot – Gordon N. Ball o Need to coordinate regularly and final electrical connection for Park (see next o slide) 2813 19 th St Roadway Improvements (future contract, not bordering this project) o Nearby Projects: o SFMTA Mission Bay Loop on Illinois St o SFPUC Bay Corridor Transmission and Distribution Project (BCTD) o Renovation of Historic Core Buildings 101 and 104 along 20th Street by Orton o Construction. • Risk Management Plan - Native Soil contains contaminants, see reference in Section 00 31 00, which includes an asbestos dust mitigation plan (See 01 11 00). • Hazmat Abatement already performed , but if your work disturbs a painted surface, need to perform spot lead abatement. • Utility connections under Illinois St.
