Move off-leash area to Phase II 3. Remove netting/fence around volleyball area Recommendations 1. Provide information on bicycle circulation and vehicle parking 2. Analyze traffic calming for 23 rd Ave W in Phase I 3. Explore reducing fencing along 23 rd Ave W at soccer fields
