Methodology March to July 2019 ✤ Mayor: “CBSP was a collaborative project that engaged the entire Warwick Township community.” ✤ Public consultation & stakeholder interviews ✤ Council participated in helping to define priorities ✤ SLT led by Amanda Gubbels developed the Balanced Scorecard based on P-GOAT ✤ Research and document review ✤ Potential Problem Analysis (PPA) ✤ CBSP connected to existing plans, studies and reports in preparation for Service Delivery Review

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) ✤ P-GOAT displayed in a format that can be converted to a team-based tracking system ✤ BSC communicates to all stakeholders what the Township intends to accomplish in the next three years ✤ Alignment of day-to-day activities with a direct relationship to the CBSP ✤ Activities are prioritized & coordinated across departments ✤ Monitoring and measuring progress ✤ Feedback through BSC helps the Township stay “agile” in the face of changing circumstances ✤ Accelerated decision making combined with timely action
