The Balanced Scorecard (BSC)

✤ P-GOAT displayed in a format that can be converted to a team-based tracking system ✤ BSC communicates to all stakeholders what the Township intends to accomplish in

the next three years

✤ Alignment of day-to-day activities with a direct relationship to the CBSP ✤ Activities are prioritized & coordinated across departments ✤ Monitoring and measuring progress ✤ Feedback through BSC helps the Township stay “agile” in the face of changing

circumstances
