  2. ITERATION 01 INTRODUCTION This document summarises the extent of the progress made to date on the Liskeard Masterplan Proposal. The proposed masterplan has come as Feasibility a product of a number of correspondences, meetings and a community Brief/ Planning Studies planning workshop, which have all helped to inform the design. Programme Submission Masterplan The masterplan will be continued to be developed through the next iterations, Development 13.04.20 Updates as the project team look to submit the masterplan proposal as an outline planning application and the Workshed as a full planning application by April 2020 as well as an ERDF application submittal by late November this year. This document will help to gain feedback from Cornwall Council and better inform the design team of their aspirations and needs for the site as well as the Workshed proposed as part of the masterplan scheme. With the scheme being broken up into two key elements this document has been structured using the following key headings: 1. Masterplan Proposal 2.
