FRUIT & VEGGIE SIDE BAR Provides students with more variety when selecting their fruit and veggie meal component • Desired outcome is that the increased selection will positively affect what students put on their trays and what they actually consume. • Currently piloting at HES, CMS and NHS. • Offers fresh veggies, fresh fruit and an assortment of commodity fruit. • All items offered must be domestic.
