School Visit Director Checklist--2015 Operational Audits: SCHOOL VISIT CHECKLIST- ONSITE DIRECTOR This form is to be as a tool when you are conducting an onsite visit. Prior to leaving the school site(s), please fax a copy to your Ops & H&N team member. This does not take the place of the Onsite Report that gets typed up.
