  12. Session Tasks If you are participating in multiple sessions, these tasks must be completed for each session. Only session owners will be able to nominate customer speakers. 12

  13. Participant Tasks CHUG Speakers are required to use the CHUG Presentation Template 13

  14. File Upload – Upload presentation Name your file with the following format: SessionID_Lastname. (e.g., 104688_Smith.ppt) • File limit is 25 MB , but keep in mind many attendees have difficulty downloading files larger • than 4 MB once the presentation is published online. 14

  15. Sessions tasks you are responsible for: Task Directions on Task Nominate Speakers for Nominate non-GE employees speaking in this session to receive complimentary registration (limit 2). Complimentary Registration (session owner task ONLY) * Speakers must complete these assigned participant tasks before receiving registration code. Submit AV Requirements List any AV needs beyond the standard room setup (included components are listed). CHUG speakers are required to download and use the “ CHUG Presentation Template .” Other customers should use Download PPT Template their own company template and do not need to complete this task. Review Legal Language* Review and acknowledge you have read this copy. Complete Compliance Questionnaire* Answer 3 yes/no questions required for compliance review process. Upload Resume* Your resume is required as part of the compliance review process, as well as evaluation for CE credit. Download, Sign, Upload PSA Download, sign, then upload your signed Professional Services Agreement—pretty straightforward. This is a required task for all customer speakers; you will not be allowed to speak at Centricity LIVE 2017 without completing this task. Upload Presentation All presentations are required to go through a review process where they will be reviewed by your Track Leader, Ad & Promo and Legal. If at any point in the review process your presentation requires edits or changes to move forward, you will receive a system generated email instructing you how to proceed. 15 * Speakers must complete these assigned participant tasks before receiving their complimentary registration code.

  16. Action Item: Nominate Speakers for Complimentary Passes • Each session is eligible for up to 2 complimentary registration passes to be used by non-GE employees speaking in that session. • The session owner is responsible for nominating the individuals who will receive the passes in the Speaker Resource Center (SRC). Session owners may nominate themselves. • Session owners should complete this task as soon as possible to allow speakers enough time to complete their tasks. • Nominated speakers will be required to complete assigned tasks in the SRC before receiving their complementary code and information about conference registration. Nominated speakers should not register for the conference until they receive this notification.

CE Credit Overview More than 60% of all sessions will receive CE credits Speaker resumes are required for CE credit processing CE credits will be issued by: • HIMSS • California Board of Registered Nursing • American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) Each agency has different requirements; if additional information is needed to process CE credits for your session someone will reach out to you directly. REMINDER: UPLOAD YOUR RESUME (DUE 2/17/17)

Check List  Is the description of your session correct and approved?  Are you clear as to who is presenting with you?  Do you know your track leader?  Do you understand timing, key dates?  Have you logged into the SRC?  Is your presentation in 16:9 format?  Is the presentation review process clear?  Have you signed the speaker agreement?  Do you know who to contact for questions or concerns?
